ASSESSMENT

Your understanding of the Job description will be tested using challenges and case studies as the case may be. Relax, it is nothing you cannot handle.

ONLINE INTERVIEW

Our interview process is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your skills, your competence, how you fit into the organization, and how we fit into your career journey. While virtual interviews are convenient, we prefer to conduct majority of our interviews face-to-face whenever possible.

FACE 2 FACE INTERVIEW

At this point, you will be invited to our offices for an in-person meeting with key members of the team you would be working with. Your skills and experience regarding the job and an all-round overview of the job specification will be discussed.

MEETING THE TEAM

You get to meet the team, take a tour of the work environment, interact with the CEO and be introduced to the team. Congratulations on progressing to this stage of our recruitment process!
