Brief
A leading FMCG in Nigeria that provides food and agro-allied services engaged Webhaptic Intelligence to run a quick product test survey on their new product formulation to ascertain if the product meets consumer needs and the expected quality of an ideal breakfast meal.

The Approach

Webhaptic Intelligence conducted Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Central Location Test (CLT) in Lagos, where all participants tested the product samples in both dry and wet format, rating them and also choosing their preference.

The Output

The client was able to gather insights on consumers’  disposition, acceptability, and uniqueness of the products, which enabled them to plan, fine-tune, and properly re-strategize.
