Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing

Brief
A global NGO that drives financial inclusion for underserved individuals in emerging markets contacted Webhaptic Intelligence to conduct an endline evaluation survey using telephonic interviews to better understand the digital maturity of the customers they serve.

Approach
The list of the customers provided by the client was used as a sampling frame from where samples were randomly drawn from. The necessary data were collected from the respondents using Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) approach. A total of 500 respondents participated in the survey.

Impact
The client was provided data on the company’s performance and the direction on how the company is to adapt to customers’ demands.
