Customer Satisfaction Survey on Moisturizing and Skin Lightening products

A Chief Industry Player involved in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of quality soaps, cosmetics, and household items, approached Webhaptic Intelligence to conduct a customer satisfaction survey among users of the brand’s moisturizing and skin-lightening products and other competitor brands.

Objective and Approach

The aim of this study was to recognize prevalent toilet bar soap brands, the frequently purchased variants, and the price points at which consumers acquire their soap. Moreover, it sought to identify lapsed users and determine consumer needs that remain unaddressed. Webhaptic Intelligence conducted this study using the face-to-face interviewing method. The data was collected through mobile devices via the Survey to go platform. The survey was conducted in six locations in Nigeria – Lagos, Enugu, Kano, Ibadan, Abuja, and Port Harcourt among users of toilet bar soaps, across all social economic class.

Impact
The survey revealed the most popular toilet bar soap brands, variants, and price points, as well as lapsed users and unmet consumer needs.
