Brief
A boutique research agency sought the services of Webhaptic Intelligence to conduct a customer satisfaction survey on home cleaning tools in Nigeria
The Approach
The project was executed in two phases. The first stage involved a pilot survey in Nigeria to assess the sample and make first contact to capture related data. The second phase involved primary data collection at the household level. The target population was derived from the socio-economic class and ethnic group of the respondents.
The Output
The study provided insights into the satisfaction level of home cleaning tools as well as the most patronized brands for tools and devices.
