A leading consulting firm sought to conduct a landscaping activity related to family planning methods in Nigeria, with a specific emphasis on private sector channels.

Approach
Webhaptic Intelligence with its assortment of experience and expertise was commissioned to carry out the project. A qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews and quick observations. The target audience included private hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors of family planning products in Nigeria. A total of 23 in-depth interviews and 28 quick observations were conducted in Lagos and Kano.

Impact
The study provided in-depth insights into the landscape of family planning methods in Nigeria’s private sector channels. The findings enabled our client to tailor its marketing efforts to improve access to family planning services and products.
